BEFORE MARKET ENTRY

Turn product details into a clear commercial plan

Work through the application, the buyer and the delivery conditions before choosing a route to market.

Commercial questions to resolve

  1. 01

    Define the application

Which exact model and version is being offered?

  2. 02

    Compare the product

Which accessories, functions and dependencies distinguish it from comparable models?

  3. 03

    Clarify commercial conditions

Which language materials and compatibility information can the channel review?

  4. 04

    Prepare a meaningful review

Who processes warranty claims and supplies model-specific replacement parts?

  5. 05

    Choose the next commercial step

Which distribution, retail, digital or contract route should be examined first?

Move from preparation to a next step

Sequence and responsibilities are agreed around your product and the selected commercial route.

  1. 01Confirm the product boundary and missing specifications.
  2. 02Choose the buyer profile and responsibilities to examine.
  3. 03Agree a focused review, sample or pilot before broader commercial commitments.

Three routes to examine

A national or regional distributor

Clarify assortment, territory, stock, model-specific warranty handling and spare parts. A distribution conversation does not establish retail listings.

Direct discussions with retail and digital channels

Present comparable models, complete price conditions and a clear after-sales offer. Each retailer or digital channel decides whether to accept the proposal.

Contract supply with separately arranged service support

Identify the contract buyer’s specification and project stage. Installation and ongoing support require separately confirmed providers and commercial responsibilities.

Questions before you begin

01Can we begin with just one model?

Yes. Provide the exact model and version, included accessories, intended buyer and proposed commercial terms. A focused comparison can identify the questions that matter before expanding the range. The model review does not guarantee retail acceptance, demand or a particular sales volume.

02Can service centres be included in the task?

Service-provider research can be scoped separately from distribution. Define the equipment type, warranty process, required parts, training and territorial coverage. A centre’s general description does not prove support for a specific model; the manufacturer and potential provider should confirm capabilities and responsibilities before any service commitment is made.

03Is entry into a retail chain guaranteed?

No. Retailers decide whether a product, supplier and commercial offer fit their requirements. Preparation can organise an assortment, comparison and negotiation materials. An identified channel, a submitted presentation and confirmed buyer interest are distinct stages; none should be described as a signed listing agreement.

04How are instalment offers compared?

Record the full product price separately from the initial payment, instalment amount, payment period and any stated additional conditions. A deposit or monthly payment is not a comparable cash price. If the complete financing terms are unavailable, label the comparison as incomplete instead of calculating an unsupported total.

05Does LYNQ install the products?

Installation is not assumed to be included in commercial preparation. If the product needs it, define the technical task and the qualified party responsible for delivery, installation and service. The supplier’s warranty conditions and the local provider’s responsibilities should be reviewed before presenting a complete channel offer.

06Is this an online shop for consumers?

No. The page helps foreign suppliers prepare distribution, retail, digital-channel or contract-supply discussions. It does not sell individual appliances to end customers or take consumer payments. The brief should describe the supplier’s product and market-entry task rather than a request to buy a household device.

The page is for supplier market-entry preparation, not direct consumer shopping. Instalment payments and deposits are not the full product price. Installation requires an identified qualified provider.
