BEFORE MARKET ENTRY

Turn product details into a clear commercial plan

Work through the application, the buyer and the delivery conditions before choosing a route to market.

Commercial questions to resolve

  1. 01

    Define the application

Which function does the equipment perform within the intended system?

  2. 02

    Compare the product

Are power and stored energy shown separately with their original units?

  3. 03

    Clarify commercial conditions

Which interfaces, documents and application limits are already known?

  4. 04

    Prepare a meaningful review

Who is expected to design, install, commission and maintain the equipment?

  5. 05

    Choose the next commercial step

Does the supplier need a commercial distributor, a technical partner or a direct buyer?

Move from preparation to a next step

Sequence and responsibilities are agreed around your product and the selected commercial route.

  1. 01Confirm the product boundary and missing specifications.
  2. 02Choose the buyer profile and responsibilities to examine.
  3. 03Agree a focused review, sample or pilot before broader commercial commitments.

Three routes to examine

Electrical product distribution

Define the product range, stock model, territory and documentation that the distributor needs. Keep installation and engineering duties explicitly allocated.

An installation or engineering partner

Confirm the partner’s intended technical role and required evidence for the application. Sales coordination is separate from design, connection and commissioning.

Direct commercial supply to an industrial user

Describe the site use case and buying role before preparing a proposal. The customer’s consumption or announced project does not establish a funded purchase.

What the agreed work can produce

See the working format
  1. Product and channel profile

A product and channel profile linked to the intended site type.

  2. Technical and commercial roles

Distinct criteria for commercial and technical partners.

  3. Comparable system components

A comparison separating power, energy capacity and included components.

  4. Specialist review inputs

An input checklist for qualified calculation and document review.

  5. Commercial launch plan

A sample, demonstration and agreed commercial launch plan.

Questions before you begin

01Which energy products can be considered?

The initial review can cover the listed electrical product groups, provided the application and equipment boundary are clear. Send the specification, intended site type and preferred commercial route. This identifies the research task and the specialist questions; it does not establish that LYNQ can design or construct the complete energy project.

02Can the task focus only on a distributor?

Yes. Define the product range, territory, stocking expectations and which technical duties remain with the supplier or another provider. A distributor’s sales role should not automatically include engineering or installation. Candidate selection is followed by separate confirmation of capability, interest and commercial terms.

03Who checks safety and compatibility?

The manufacturer and suitably qualified specialists must examine the actual equipment and application. LYNQ can prepare a commercial checklist and coordinate agreed discussions. A product comparison or partner shortlist is not an electrical design, safety certification or authorisation to connect equipment to a network.

04Are connection or payback guaranteed?

No. Network connection, project acceptance and investment outcomes depend on requirements and conditions outside a general market-entry proposal. Any calculation needs documented inputs and specialist review. The initial brief identifies the questions and required parties rather than displaying an unsupported return estimate or promised connection date.

05What information is needed for a storage system?

Separate power from energy capacity and state the intended use, operating pattern, relevant interfaces and included components. Provide available manufacturer documents and the proposed warranty and support model. These inputs prepare the technical-commercial discussion; they do not constitute an automatic system design or safety assessment.

06Is building an energy facility a standard service?

No. Commercial research, partner selection and preparation of negotiations are different from engineering, construction and commissioning. If a project needs those activities, the responsible qualified providers and their scope must be agreed separately. A category page should not be read as a turnkey construction commitment.

Engineering design, connection, construction and investment commitments require separately confirmed teams and scope. The brief does not calculate system size, safety or payback.
