Privacy and your enquiry
How LYNQ handles business enquiries and your website preferences.
Who is responsible

Information and purpose
We request your company, contact name, email and description of the task. Phone, country, website and project preferences are optional. We also record the relevant page or event, receipt time and consent version. We use this information to respond, clarify your project and prepare a proposal; submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Access and service providers
Access is limited to the responsible LYNQ contact and expressly authorized staff. Sprinthost provides website hosting in Russia. Website notifications are sent through the hosting mail service to the LYNQ mailbox managed in Google Workspace. Notifications go to sardor.kosimbekov@lynq.llc. Enquiry details are not published or sold. Technical hosting and email processing may take place outside your country.
Retention
New website enquiries are retained only as needed for the stated purpose, for no more than 90 days after receipt, and may be removed earlier when the purpose is fulfilled or a justified deletion request is received. Contract documents are handled separately. A tool-transfer summary is accessible for 15 minutes; form-session data expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Expired files are physically removed at the next scheduled cleanup. Email and provider backup copies are subject to their separate deletion processes.
Your choices
Contact us to request information about your data, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. We may ask for minimal information to identify the enquiry. Do not send identity documents, payment details, patient information or confidential technical dossiers through the public form.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies protect the form and maintain its session. Optional Yandex Metrika loads only after you allow analytics. Refusing does not prevent browsing or enquiries. Form fields, free text, calculation inputs and enquiry IDs are excluded from analytics. You can change your preference below.
