BEFORE MARKET ENTRY

Turn product details into a clear commercial plan

Work through the application, the buyer and the delivery conditions before choosing a route to market.

Commercial questions to resolve

  1. 01

    Define the application

Which process and decision should the product support?

  2. 02

    Compare the product

Which organisation and functional role would own the purchasing decision?

  3. 03

    Clarify commercial conditions

Which languages, integrations and technical dependencies must be addressed?

  4. 04

    Prepare a meaningful review

Can the pilot use authorised test data without transferring credentials or confidential records?

  5. 05

    Choose the next commercial step

What observable result and review procedure would make the pilot informative?

Move from preparation to a next step

Sequence and responsibilities are agreed around your product and the selected commercial route.

  1. 01Confirm the product boundary and missing specifications.
  2. 02Choose the buyer profile and responsibilities to examine.
  3. 03Agree a focused review, sample or pilot before broader commercial commitments.

Three routes to examine

An integrator or channel partner

Match the product to the partner’s actual integration, implementation and support role. Confirm licensing and ownership of the customer relationship.

A direct B2B pilot followed by negotiation

Prepare a narrow authorised pilot with stated workflow, inputs, reviewers and acceptance questions. A pilot discussion is not a deployment contract.

Local commercial representation and sales support

Define local sales and support responsibilities, reporting and escalation. Representation does not imply software development or a promised legal status.

What the agreed work can produce

See the working format
  1. Organisation and process profile

An organisation and process profile without a personal employee database.

  2. Functions and licence comparison

A comparison of functions, licence conditions and implementation scope.

  3. Localisation and support

A localisation plan covering the interface, sales materials and support.

  4. Integrator criteria

Channel partner or systems integrator selection criteria.

  5. Pilot scope and acceptance

A pilot brief defining boundaries, owners, starting conditions and acceptance criteria.

Questions before you begin

01Does LYNQ develop the supplier’s software?

This offer concerns commercial preparation, buyer and partner profiles, localisation needs and an agreed pilot discussion. Software development or implementation is a separate scope requiring an identified delivery team. Describe the product’s current capabilities clearly so a market-entry discussion is not mistaken for a development contract.

02Can we look only for integrators?

Yes. Specify the product, target workflows, required integrations, support model and the role expected of the integrator. A general IT company listing does not prove product-specific capability. The candidate review should distinguish technical fit, commercial interest and the responsibilities each party is willing to accept.

03What should a pilot brief contain?

Define the workflow, users by role, permitted test information, duration assumptions, dependencies and a concrete acceptance question. Record the starting condition and who reviews the result. A pilot is useful when its scope is narrow enough to interpret; its outline is not evidence of savings or a confirmed corporate deployment.

04Do we need to provide system access?

No credentials or system access are needed for the initial commercial brief. Describe relevant dependencies and data categories without sharing secrets or personal records. Any later access must be separately authorised by the responsible organisation, limited to the agreed task and handled through its approved technical process.

05Are incentives or resident-company status guaranteed?

No. The page does not promise a legal status, tax treatment, resident-company programme status or data-compliance outcome. If those questions affect the business model, they should be referred for a current qualified review. Commercial preparation can record the questions but cannot substitute for that determination.

06Must we buy LYNQ’s own software?

No. This direction addresses an external supplier’s software and route into Uzbekistan. It does not require buying Exoriva, Academy or another LYNQ product. The discussion should stay focused on the supplier’s application, buyer, channel, support requirements and the commercial work explicitly agreed with LYNQ.

Do not provide passwords, API keys, customer databases or security configurations. The offer concerns an external supplier’s market entry, not the purchase of LYNQ products. Resident-company programme status, incentives, compliance and savings are not guaranteed.
