AUTOMOTIVE AND COMPONENTS

Bring your automotive brand and components to Uzbekistan

Assess competing offers, identify relevant sales channels, evaluate potential partners and prepare a local launch. For automotive brands, component manufacturers and suppliers of workshop solutions.

Describe your product and objective. We will start by discussing a possible scope in writing.

Who it suits

Automotive brands

Model positioning, a partner model, vehicle demonstrations and the organisation of aftersales support.

Parts and components

Product range, vehicle compatibility, wholesale channels, stock availability and professional purchasing needs.

Maintenance products

Consumables and care products: supply terms, specialist channels and support for repeat orders.

Workshop equipment

Compatibility, installation, training, technical support and commercial presentations for service businesses.

UNDERSTAND THE CHANNEL

How your product can reach its buyer

A vehicle buyer, a parts wholesaler and a workshop choose suppliers for different reasons. The route should reflect who orders, who supports the product and who carries stock.

A conceptual map of possible roles. The route, participants and responsibilities are selected for your product; this is not an established partner network.

What makes a route workable

Reach and service readiness

A broad sales footprint can increase access, but workshops, trained technicians and replacement parts determine whether the proposed coverage can support customers after purchase.

What to validate

Compare proposed territories with actual facilities, technician skills, parts replenishment arrangements and the responsibilities accepted by the manufacturer and partner.

Stock and working capital

A wider model or parts range offers choice, while tying up cash and increasing forecasting complexity. Availability needs to match the buying pattern of each customer group.

What to validate

Review priority products, compatibility references, order quantities, replenishment timing, payment terms and responsibility for slow moving stock with potential partners.

Who makes the buying decision

A workshop may prioritise fit and technical support, while a distributor considers resale economics. The same catalogue rarely answers both buyers' practical questions equally well.

What to validate

Identify the technical evaluator, commercial decision maker and payment approver, then confirm which product evidence and support each role expects.

Routes to market

01

Import through a local partner

LYNQ's role
Define selection criteria, compare candidates and support discussions about the cooperation model.
02

Dealer and service channels

Who it suits
Companies requiring product demonstrations, regional sales and aftersales support.
What needs checking
Facilities, service skills, spare parts operations, brand standards and willingness to invest.
LYNQ's role
Prepare a partner profile and assessment programme. Identified candidates are not a confirmed dealer network.
03

Professional B2B supply

Who it suits

What needs checking
Application, technical requirements, purchasing process, installation, training and repeat demand.
LYNQ's role

What you receive

What you receive

  1. 01

    Product and competitor matrix

Comparable groups, configurations, channels and sources; new vehicles, components and equipment are assessed separately.

  2. 02

    Potential partner profiles

Suitability, infrastructure, geography and distinct statuses: identified, assessed, contacted and interest confirmed.

  3. 03

    Commercial offer scenarios

Product range, price and terms based on agreed inputs, with unresolved cost items clearly identified.

  4. 04

    Launch and support plan

The sequence of presentations, negotiations, service preparation and communication, with agreed scope and responsibilities.

An open discussion framework, from product specialisation to the next action that can be confirmed.

Demonstration format, not an assessment of a real organisation. Information must be collected and verified for your project.

Proposed methodology

A selection method you can examine

This example presents LYNQ's proposed approach. It does not describe a completed engagement, an actual dealer or achieved sales.

01

Define the criteria

Separate essential infrastructure, desirable capabilities and questions specific to your product.

02

Record the evidence

Identify the source of each item. A company's existence is not evidence of its interest.

03

Make the next decision

List unresolved questions and recommend the next action on the evidence available.

Understand what each partner status means

  1. 01

    Identified

A company has been found that may fit the target profile.

  2. 02

    Profile reviewed

Available information has been compared with the agreed selection criteria.

  3. 03

    Contact established

A relevant representative has responded and a communication channel is open.

  4. 04

    Interest confirmed

The representative has explicitly expressed interest in discussing your offer.

  5. 05

    Terms discussed

Commercial conditions have been discussed and open points have been recorded.

A listed company is not confirmed interest. Each status requires its own evidence, and discussing terms does not promise a contract.

THE WORKING PLAN

From your product to a clear next step

The product, route and responsibilities shape the work. We agree the scope before moving into execution.

How the work moves forward

  1. Product and objective

Review your catalogue, product type, current markets and intended presence.

  2. Initial assessment

Clarify channels, service, spare parts, commercial constraints and missing information.

  3. Scope agreed together

    Agree the engagement

Define comparison depth, partner criteria, deliverables, timing and budget.

  4. Execute and document

Carry out agreed checks, prepare materials and record potential participants' responses.

  5. Decide the next stage

Choose negotiations, a limited launch, further investigation or a pause based on the findings.

Questions and answers

Do you work with components as well as automotive brands?

Yes. Parts, components, maintenance products and workshop equipment can each be treated as a separate engagement. Their buyers, product range logic, technical questions and repeat ordering patterns differ. We start with a catalogue, application information and proposed supply terms, then agree which wholesale, service or manufacturing channels merit investigation. Research into a vehicle brand is not automatically applicable to components; your specific product and objective determine the scope.

Can we commission only a potential partner search?

Yes. A search can be a standalone assignment with agreed partner types, territories, specialisation, essential infrastructure and assessment depth. The proposed output is a set of structured profiles showing sources, fit and unknown information. Contacting candidates, obtaining responses and arranging negotiations are included only when agreed. Candidate and activity volumes are defined after discussion; appearing on a list does not mean a company is willing to cooperate.

How does an identified company differ from an interested dealer?

An identified company matches initial search criteria, but its capabilities and interest may be unverified. An assessed candidate has undergone the agreed review. Contact established means communication exists; confirmed interest requires an actual response to the offer. Dealer status needs separate agreement and appropriate formalisation between the parties. We keep these stages distinct and record the date and basis of each status, so a search result is not presented as a ready sales network.

How are servicing and warranty support addressed?

Before launch, we discuss the support your product requires: diagnostics, maintenance, installation, training, spare parts and warranty communication. We clarify the manufacturer's responsibilities and what a local partner must provide. These become selection criteria and open questions for negotiation. LYNQ can coordinate agreed checks and communication, but does not replace the manufacturer or service organisation and cannot confirm their technical commitments without supporting evidence.

What product information is needed to start?

For an initial discussion, provide a company description, catalogue link, selected product group and your objective in Uzbekistan. Current markets, application details, price positioning, indicative supply terms and available technical support are useful. Missing information can be identified and clarified later. You do not need to send confidential contracts or sensitive technical materials through the public form; an appropriate exchange method can be agreed after the initial contact.

What is included in LYNQ's work, and what is separate?

The proposal specifies the analytical materials, search criteria, commercial documents and coordination activities agreed for your product. It defines the period, assessment depth and deliverable format. Advertising, travel, sample delivery, logistics, technical testing and external specialists are separate unless expressly included in the contract. Website prices are indicative, with final pricing agreed after discussion; they do not represent guaranteed sales or a promised number of dealers.
