PVC and aluminium profiles
Systems, component compatibility and fabricator needs; profiles are assessed separately from finished windows.
BUILDING MATERIALS
Assess demand and price positioning, identify distributors, fabricators and project sales channels, prepare commercial materials and coordinate agreed market entry activities.
Tell us the product type or share a catalogue link. We will start with your objective and suitable channels.
Who it suits
Systems, component compatibility and fabricator needs; profiles are assessed separately from finished windows.
Finished solutions, hardware and components for manufacturers, installers and project buyers.
Applications, supply requirements and engagement with contractors, distributors and construction projects.
Product range, storage, technical presentations and selection of trade or professional channels.
Technical purpose, solution configuration and materials for the specialists selecting the product.
UNDERSTAND THE CHANNEL
A stockholding distributor, a window fabricator and a project contractor need different offers. Technical compatibility, specification decisions and delivery responsibilities shape the route to market.
An attractive profile price may be outweighed by incompatible hardware or unfamiliar processing. A fabricator evaluates the complete system and the changes needed in production.
Check drawings, hardware compatibility, processing equipment, sample requirements and who can resolve technical questions before a fabricator changes its workflow.
The organisation selecting a material may differ from the organisation buying it. Reaching procurement alone can miss the technical decision that determines whether a product is considered.
Map the designer, contractor, fabricator and purchasing roles, then establish who reviews samples, approves specifications and negotiates commercial terms.
Bulky goods, breakage exposure and staged deliveries can change the economics of an apparently competitive offer. A project order also differs from regular distributor replenishment.
Compare equivalent units, packaging, loading assumptions, delivery stages, damage handling and payment timing using the same scope for each offer.
Building materials
Compare applications, technical characteristics, configurations and buyer types.
A map of comparable products and segments in which to investigate the offer.
Align prices and supply terms to comparable configurations, units and logistics assumptions.
A technical and commercial comparison matrix with explicit assumptions.
Distinguish distributors, fabricators, contractors and project buyers by their purchasing role.
A buyer-type map and criteria for evaluating regional priorities.
Clarify the range, terms, samples, support and information each buyer needs.
A distributor or project proposal structure and a list of technical materials.
Coordinate agreed negotiations, technical presentations and feedback on samples.
A demand validation plan and an action record covering contacts, questions and next steps.

Building materials
For PVC and aluminium systems, the commercial discussion starts with how the product will be fabricated and which components it will work with.
Clarify the relationship between profiles, hardware, seals and other components. Responsible specialists confirm technical compatibility.
Investigate processes, equipment, finished product range and any training needed.
Agree catalogues, cross-sections, sample configurations and communication with window and façade manufacturers.
What you receive
Applications, configurations and prices on a comparable basis, with observation dates and sources.
Distributor, fabricator, contractor and project customer roles, with regional priorities to investigate.
Warehousing, processing and technical capabilities, required evidence and unresolved questions.
Commercial structure, technical materials, samples and a process for collecting feedback.
A product may need different partner types. This framework separates resale capabilities from processing and technical support.
A demonstration framework, not a ranking or assessment of an actual company.
Proposed methodology
This proposed method shows how LYNQ separates the product, channel and partner role. It is not a supply case study or evidence of a particular company's manufacturing capability.
Do not compare a profile with a finished window or a component price with a complete system.
Distinguish who resells, processes, specifies and uses the material on a project.
Select a technical discussion, sample review or quotation, and record the assessment criterion.
A company has been found that may fit the target profile.
Available information has been compared with the agreed selection criteria.
A relevant representative has responded and a communication channel is open.
The representative has explicitly expressed interest in discussing your offer.
Commercial conditions have been discussed and open points have been recorded.
A listed company is not confirmed interest. Each status requires its own evidence, and discussing terms does not promise a contract.
Indicative service fee per project. Final pricing, scope, timing and deliverables are agreed after discussion. Advertising budgets, logistics, samples and external specialists are separate unless expressly included in the agreement.
THE WORKING PLAN
The product, route and responsibilities shape the work. We agree the scope before moving into execution.
Define the product, technical parameters, configuration and intended buyer.
Establish whether a stocking distributor, fabricator or project purchasing route is relevant.
Specify comparable categories, partner criteria and technical and commercial materials.
Carry out agreed activities, collect system questions and document feedback.
Assess readiness for samples, a commercial offer, a pilot supply or further verification.
Choose the next step from the findings

Preliminary data
Preliminary value of work performed. This is not sales of building materials.
PVC profiles and coordinated window-system components for fabricators. The assessment covers a specified system, what is included and how a window manufacturer would use it.
Aluminium systems, profiles and components for a defined window or facade application. The work separately identifies supplied components and the parties responsible for fabrication and installation.
Relevant to defined polymer, material and profile-manufacturing applications. Relevance must be assessed for the specific product.

Potentially relevant to building systems, fabricators, distribution and project supply, depending on the product and confirmed participants.

Yes. The scope can focus on a particular profile system, material or product group. We first clarify applications, geometry, components, technical materials and the intended fabricator, then identify comparable offers and channels. Profiles, complete systems and finished windows are considered separately because buyers, costs and selection criteria differ. Technical discussions with your specialist can be included where needed; compatibility is not concluded from a commercial catalogue alone.
Yes. Search criteria can target window, façade or other manufacturers using your material. Relevant factors include processes, equipment, technical skills, finished product range and ability to work with the system. This differs from assessing a trading company with warehouse capacity. We record confirmed information and questions for a technical discussion. A fabricator's willingness to switch systems or purchase your product must be established through communication, not inferred from its business category.
A catalogue, application description and key characteristics are enough for an initial discussion. Depending on the product, cross-sections, system composition, configurations, finishes, packaging and storage information may also be useful. We then agree which documents, instructions and samples the selected channel needs. You may initially provide a document list if access is restricted. Sensitive drawings and confidential technical data need not be uploaded through the public form; the exchange method is agreed separately.
We first select genuinely comparable products by application, units, configuration and material specifications. Observation date, price source, delivery basis, packaging and known costs are recorded separately. Your inputs support delivered-price and commercial-term scenarios, with uncertain elements identified. A profile price is not compared with a finished construction without explanation. General construction activity is not treated as the market size for a particular material, and scenarios do not replace current quotations from carriers or partners.
Yes, as a separately agreed research and partner coordination assignment. It requires clarity on processes, equipment, inputs, operational scope, investment assumptions and participant roles. LYNQ can coordinate commercial information, discussions and agreed work with relevant specialists. This does not mean that LYNQ designs, builds or guarantees the launch of a factory. The team, technical responsibilities, timing and budget are defined separately after assessing the specific local processing model.
The manufacturer supplies accurate product characteristics and existing materials. Relevant technical and documentary questions are examined by appropriate specialists for the specific application and supply model. LYNQ can structure the questions, coordinate communication and record confirmation statuses. A commercial study is not a conformity assessment. Responsibilities, required checks and related costs are documented in the agreed scope before progressing to activities that depend on those confirmations.
